If you are dissatisfied with your purchase for any reason, and have not worn your HighChi Jewelry, you can return your items for an exchange. You must call us first for an RMA number at 415-868-9050. No returns will be accepted without the RMA number. Refunds for items returned within ten days of the purchase date will be credited in the same form as the original payment. Refunds for items returned more than ten days after the purchase date will be in the form of a credit redeemable on your next purchase. The original shipping and handling charges are not refundable. If you have an exchange for the same dollar amount as the original purchase, no additional shipping or handling charges will be incurred. Please mail your package in a prepaid, insured, traceable method to the address below.
While we do not recommend wearing gold-plated jewelry in harsh and/or humid conditions as gold-plating may wear off, we understand that this may happen. If gold-plating wears off, we cannot replace the pendant, but we can offer 40% off a new pendant.
Gemstones may occasionally become cracked or damaged due to fissures or harsh conditions. If there is a problem with a gemstone within 6 months, it may be repaired or replaced for $25 plus $9.95 shipping (Continental U.S.) or $14.95 (AK, HI or International).
Damage due to everyday wear and tear may be repaired at no cost within 30 days. After 30 days, repairs will cost $25 unless otherwise specified, plus $9.95 shipping (Continental U.S.) or $14.95 (AK, HI or International).
